Equal Justice Project Outreach Access To Justice Symposium

A paper prepared for the Equal Justice Project Outreach Symposium “Access to Justice: Is it in the Budget?” on the 6th of October 2014.

Access to justice is a vital part of the fundamental right of a person to a fair trial.
